Warranty/Maintenance
As we only use recognised and trusted brands we know that all of the equipment we supply is of the highest quality, so we include a full 2-year warranty parts and labour with all of our CCTV and Alarm equipment. Wilful or deliberate damages are not covered under the warranty.
Customer Service
At Xtreme Security Ltd we know that our customers expect exemplary service and so we guarantee to provide nothing less. Our Customer Promise clearly outlines our commitment to you, we also have a 24-hour emergency line so in the event you have an issue, it will be dealt with immediately.
Payments
At the point of booking the installation a 50% deposit is needed, this payment is a non-refundable payment. All equipment provided remains the property of Xtreme Security Ltd until the final balance payment is made. This deposit can be paid via or Bank Transfer or card machine, our Bank details are on the quote, please quote your reference on the payment.
Installation
The installation will be carried out to the highest of standards and equipment placement will be agreed prior to the installation, however once the installation has begun any changes to the equipment location will need to be discussed with engineer and may incur further charges.
